Why does some packaging have 'Lea and the Pups Art' on it?
We changed our name from 'Lea and the Pups Art' in early 2025 to 'Shadowolf Art'. To save paper and card, we haven't changed the packaging on old items. Newer items will not have our old name on them.
What happens if an item arrives damaged?
If an item has arrived damaged I will exchange it for a new one , free of charge, or refund the cost of the item to you. Before I process a return you will need to carry out the following actions:
- Contact me within 7 days of recieving your items and send photos of the damaged items to me. I won't process a return or refund without photos.
- If we agree to an exchange I will send a replacement item out asap.
- If we agree to a refund I will process this asap.
- I won't refund shipping, however I will send any replacement items free of charge.
What happens if I change my mind about items in my order?

When will I get my order?
I will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. I aim to send packages via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked in the UK.
Why are you only shipping to the UK currently? Do you have an alternative to shoppers form other countries?
With the way things are with shipping situations and tarrifs at the moment, it's very complicated, however I am looking into offering shipping further afield on my website. Please keep an eye out for any notifications on here, social media and emails.
If you don't mind using Etsy, please check out my Etsy shop via the link at the bottom of this page, and you will be able to purchase items there no matter where you live. Etsy sorts alot of stuff so here is the best option currently for shoppers.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. I aim to send packages with Royal Mail 48 hour tracking in the UK.
